COD REACTOR
Application :
COD Reactor is a compact setup for the estimation of Chemical Oxygen Demand
in water/waste water samples. The setup is based on Method 410.4 for the
Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand by Semi - Automated
Colorimerty..This method requires very less amount of chemicals and measures
C.O.D. in the rage of 03-900 mg/L. Safety Features Over-temperature
protection, sensor break/disconnection indication with heating shutp off are
built-in features of the temp, controller.

GAS GENRATOR
Applications :
Gas Generators are developed for continuous production of low concentration
gases to study their effect, as air pollutants, on materials, plants,
animals, etc. These generators are used with fumigation Chambers or cabinets
with air circulation facility.

SULPHUR Dl OXIDE GENRATOR
Applications :
A simple apparatus developed for air pollution studies and sulphur dioxide
corrosion tests on metals and no metals. It produces So2 air mixture by the
controlled action of sulphuric acid on sodium sulphite. Solutions of acid
and sodium sulphite are fed to the reactor at precisely controlled rate
where sulphur dioxide gas is liberated in the reaction loop. The flusher
evacuator unit, equipped with acid resistant micro acuum pump, sucks up and
dispenses out the sulphur dioxides gas generated in the process. The unit
workson 220 V 50 Hz AC mains.

OZONE GENERATOR
Applications:
Ozone generators are compact and portable equipment designed to produce
ozonised airto study its effects on plants, animals, micro-organisms,
materials, etc. Some ot its typical applications also include: oxidation of
phenols cyanides, sulphides, nitrites, detergents, pesticides, bacterial and
viral inactivation in drinking water; colour and odour removal from drinking
water. Ozone is produced by UV (Ultra Violet) exposure of oxygen present in
air. The ozone generator operates on 220 VAC mains.
